Description

Weatherized battery-powered loudspeaker with Bluetooth® audio and control

The Electro Voice EVERSE 8 is a versatile, easy to use, compact, battery-powered loudspeaker system. It provides professional quality for musical performances, voice reinforcement and audio playback and is housed in a robust weatherized enclosure. Taking advantage of decades of Electro-Voice and Dynacord pro-audio and electronics expertise, along with new advancements in technology, EVERSE 8 provides truly portable and truly wireless audio.

EVERSE 8 utilizes a two-way configuration with an 8″ woofer. It includes a hi-output, titanium, ferro-fluid cooled tweeter, featuring a high-energy neodymium magnet for maximum output and reduced weight. The tweeter is mounted to an Electro-Voice patented SST constant directivity waveguide design, producing exceptionally high SPL with even 100° x 100° coverage and improved acoustic alignment and bass extension.

The rugged polypropylene enclosure features a weatherized input cover for the input section, allowing the loudspeaker to meet IP43 rating (splash and light rain resistant) for use on battery power and Bluetooth streaming. The available accessory slipcover allows for additional weather resistance and protection when needed, while ensuring wired connections during use.

The EVERSE 8 features Electro-Voice’s QuickSmart DSP and is powered by Dynacord, featuring a built-in 4-channel digital mixer with FX (footswitch controlled), feedback suppression, and ducking features. Fully optimized for audio use, the loudspeaker features a custom-designed, high-capacity battery pack. The battery pack provides more than enough power to complete the show, including a 12V DC accessory port to power RE3 or R300 wireless microphone systems.

  • Rental Policy & Agreement

    What You’re Renting

    • You’re renting equipment (“Rental”) from Reeverb Entertainment.

    • Standard pickup window: 9am–11am.

    • All rentals must be returned within 30 hours of pickup unless agreed otherwise.

    Payments

    • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is due when you reserve your rental.

    • The remaining balance is due 15 days before your rental date.

    • If you cancel: all payments made are forfeited.

    • If we ever have to cancel due to something major (accident, emergency, act of God), you’ll receive a full refund, including the booking fee.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Check local noise ordinances—you’re responsible for making sure amplified sound is allowed.

    • Inspect your gear at pickup.

    • If something isn’t working: call or text us immediately at 435-770-6917.

    • Issues not reported when they happen = full rental charges still apply.

    • We’re not responsible for user error, misuse, or lack of familiarity with the equipment.

    • If you need training, request it before pickup.

    Delivery & Service Options

    1. Customer Pickup

    • You pick up and return the equipment.

    • You’re responsible for transporting everything safely.

    2. Curbside Delivery & Pickup

    • We drop gear at a curbside/loading zone.

    • You move equipment inside the venue.

    • Someone from your team must be present within a 15-minute window for both delivery and pickup.

    Fees that may apply:

    • $50 per 30 minutes of wait time.

    • $500 if we are asked to move equipment beyond curbside or assist with setup (unless arranged ahead of time).

    3. Full Delivery + Setup + Breakdown

    • We deliver, set up, and return to tear everything down.

    • You must disclose any stairs, elevators, uneven ground, grass, or stage lifts beforehand.

    • Undisclosed obstacles = $200 additional labor fee.

    4. Full Delivery + On-Site Technician

    • Same as above, but a technician stays on-site throughout your event.

    • Same disclosure requirements and $200 labor rules apply.

    Late Returns / Overtime

    • Gear kept beyond the 30-hour window will be charged an additional full rental day per item.
