Who Needs an In-House AV Provider?
As the owner of an event space, you want your venue to be as accessible and easy to use as possible. However, when it comes to an in-house av (audio-visual) setup, owning and operating complicated technical equipment can be a huge hassle. And maintaining all that gear? Don’t even get us started.
At Reeverb Entertainment, we specialize in providing small to medium sized venues with a hands-off solution to audio-visual services. We can provide projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, cameras, cabling, lighting, and staging for venues that would prefer to focus on other areas of their space. As a dedicated in-house A/V provider, we handle the research on the best, state of the art equipment and stock our inventory with proven gear that gets the job done. Our staff know how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and, with their experience, they’re prepared to keep your event moving along.
You won’t need to read a manual on how to run your lighting or constantly train new staff on how to operate the sound system or projector - we’ll take care of everything. Plus, as your in-house A/V company, we’ll be a familiar face event after event. Instead of having to worry about how each sound company’s system will look or sound, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting time and time again.
Have a larger, more involved conference or showcase coming up? Reverb Entertainment can go beyond simply providing equipment, working alongside you in a full production capacity.
Practically any small to medium venue could benefit from a dedicated in-house A/V company. Small hotels looking to bring in conferences to their event rooms benefit from an A/V company with industry-standard equipment that traveling speakers expect. Golf courses hosting tournaments and charity events can focus on the bigger picture while an in-house A/V company takes care of the equipment in the background. In the wedding and event space, clients who aren’t utilizing a DJ or band can be sold an in-house audio visual package to increase venue revenue and reduce client hassle.
List of Services We Offer as In-House A/V Providers:
Delivery: You’ve got enough on your plate to worry about coordinating equipment rentals. Don’t worry about going by an audio store to pick up equipment - we offer curbside drop-off and pick up. At the end of the night, you get to tidy the venue up for a quick exit while we handle the gear.
Already have some A/V equipment that doesn’t quite cover every event? For those that need a bit more but don’t want to store or maintain the additional gear, we have a solution for you. Host a large event once or twice a year that’s beyond your system’s capabilities? You can take things into your own hands with convenient pick up and drop off at our facility.
For those times that you want someone else to handle the details, we also offer full in-house event production services, including planning, designing, and executing the audio-visual aspects of an event. There’s a lot that we can help you with including staging, lighting, sound, and video.
Technical Support (audio-visual techs):
When you utilize our services, we also offer in-house technical support to ensure that the audio and visual side of the services you offer runs smoothly. We’ll be onsite to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during an event and get things rolling as quickly as possible. Nobody expects issues to arise, but it’s always better to be prepared with trained technicians available to step in right away.
Sales and Installation of AV Solutions:
Sometimes venues prefer to have their AV equipment permanently inside their event space and we’re happy to accommodate. Years of experience with a wide array of audio-visual equipment means that we know how to select and safely install the things you need. Not sure where to start? We’re happy to guide you in choosing the right system.
Whether you have us install an A/V system or there is one already in place at your venue, we’d be happy to help train your staff on its proper operation. We can work in a team or 1-on-1 with your employees to make sure that they are prepared to setup, run, and troubleshoot your equipment.
