Orders placed during our non-operational hours will be processed the following business day, which might lead to minor discrepancies. Just because you were able to get it in the cart does not mean it is available.
We maintain inventory in our Farmington location.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
We offer delivery, installation, and pickup services. A good rule of thumb regarding cost is $1/mile each way (we are located in Farmington, UT) plus a technician fee. Depending on size, some equipment may need two people to be moved. Furthermore, some equipment does require the technician to be on site (i.e. CDJ3000s). If your equipment rental requires on-site tech, please contact us first so we can ensure one is available. If you are looking for full audio/visual services, please reach out to our team and we can provide you with a custom quote. Rentals of less than $75 can be cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled pickup without any penalty and a full refund can be provided if needed. For rentals totalling $75 or more, a 15% charge will be applied if the order is canceled within a week of the event.
Once rental equipment has been collected and left our facility, no refunds or discounts will be provided for any reason including, but not limited to, event cancellation, early returns, or lack of necessity.
Rentals are for 24 - 36 hours depending on pickup times as we often have equipment go out twice in a weekend. Please check availability at email@example.com
Equipment can usually be collected between 3pm and 6pm the day before your rental period starts, provided the items are available and staff is available. Please reach out to our team here at Reeverb Entertainment to schedule a pickup time. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns are expected between 8-11am the day after your rental period concludes. Late returns will incur a minimum fee of $20 or 23% of the daily rental rate, whichever is higher.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN CASE OF DAMAGE
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card for security deposit purposes. This agreement authorizes Reeverb Entertainment to charge the card for any damages or loss of rented equipment. A valid state-issued ID is also required. The card we place on file must match the name of the valid state-issued ID presented upon pickup.
INSURANCE IS NOT PROVIDED BY REEVERB ENTERTAINMENT
Renters assume full liability for any loss or repair costs. It's mandatory for renters to provide proof of insurance, naming Reeverb Entertainment as an additional insured and loss payee for any rental over $100.
All equipment is thoroughly inspected by Reeverb Entertainment before rental to ensure it is in perfect working condition. Should you encounter any issues, contact us immediately at 435-770-6917. If we do not answer, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. Failure to report issues may result in full rental charges still being owed. Reeverb Entertainment does not assume responsibility for equipment failures due to renter error or lack of availability to answer phone calls placed after hours. Reeverb Entertainment is not responsible for renters not knowing or understanding how to use equipment. If you need to be trained on rented equipment, please ask BEFORE pickup.
A cleaning fee of $75 will be applied for equipment not returned in original clean condition. If the equipment requires extensive cleaning, additional charges may apply.
