SnowBasin Ski Team | Winter Welcome 2023

For the last two years, we have had the opportunity to be part of the Snowbasin ski team’s winter welcome fundraiser.

The Snowbasin ski team is associated with the Snowbasin Sports Education Foundation (SSEF).  It is a community-supported non-profit organization that focuses on promoting skiing as a sport. Their various programs are focused around various aspects of skiing, including alpine racing, all-mountain skiing, and freestyle skiing, giving a diverse set of opportunities for athletes involved with the team​. 

Leadership and coaching are key components of the team's success. The Snowbasin ski team places a strong emphasis on youth development. They have programs specifically designed for U10 and U12 age groups, which focus on teaching fundamental skiing skills and racing techniques. 

The programs are centered around small groups to ensure personalized attention and a fun learning environment for young skiers​​. 

Each year, before the season begins, they have a fundraiser where local companies and families donate products and services to a silent auction, all in an effort to raise funds to give these youth the opportunity to join the program. 

This is where we come in as a DJ company. Each year Snowbasin hires us for the entertainment. We not only provide music but lighting and sound as well. They have a few presentations each year, with guests enjoying a sit down dinner as the silent auction is happening. All the while, you’ll find us playing upbeat throwbacks mixed in with some of the newest top 40 hits.
