Christmas Party | Prime Inc DJ Recap
The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City once again proved to be the perfect venue for Prime Inc. Trucking's annual Christmas party. As a last-minute stand-in for my friend and fellow DJ, Amber Manning (aka DJ Chassis), I had the pleasure of providing the soundtrack for this festive corporate event.
Elegant Atmosphere and Festive Cheer
The Grand America Hotel's luxurious ballroom was transformed into a winter wonderland, With Red and Green Lighting Throughout the ballroom setting the stage for a memorable evening. The hotel's renowned attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the event, from the elegant decorations to the impeccable service.

Dinner and Speeches
During dinner, I kept the atmosphere merry and bright with a selection of Christmas classics starting with oldies and slow stuff, than later going to more upbeat and fun stuff, creating the perfect fill for conversation and celebration. The Grand America Hotel's world-class catering team served up a delicious feast, showcasing their culinary expertise. They were even kind enough to feed me. The evening featured several speakers, including Prime Inc.'s current CEO and the original man who created the company, who addressed the gathering with words of appreciation and vision for the coming year. The Grand America Hotel's state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment ensured that every word was crystal clear.
Music That Moved the Crowd
After dinner, it was time to get the party started. In my talk with Amber she mentioned the group was hard to get on the dance floor. Drawing on the information provided by DJ Chassis, I crafted a playlist that perfectly suited the crowd's tastes.

The dance floor at The Grand America Hotel was soon packed with Prime Inc. employees letting loose and celebrating the holiday season. I was so happy to find that they did indeed want to dance and we had a solid dance floor for about an hour.
A Night to Remember
One of the things I do want to mention about my experience the Grand America Hotel, I witnessed something that perfectly captured the essence of Prime Inc.'s remarkable company culture. During the event, one of their associates approached my DJ booth and gifted me the company blanket they had received as their holiday present. This spontaneous act of kindness touched my heart deeply and told me everything I needed to know about Prime Inc. - a company that clearly values family, generosity, and treating others with genuine warmth. It was a simple gesture that spoke volumes about why this organization has grown from a single truck operation into an industry leader, showing that their success isn't just built on business metrics, but on the authentic connections and generosity of their people.
